ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਮੈਨੂਅਲ ਇੱਕ ਖਾਸ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਮਿਆਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਪੱਤਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਸੰਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਹੈ (ਮਿਤੀ/ਸਾਲ ਵਾਈਜ਼ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ)। ਇੱਥੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਦੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਮੈਨੂਅਲ ਪੋਸਟ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਾਂ। 1998 ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਜਾਰੀ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਕੰਪਾਇਲ ਕੀਤੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਲਈ smspunjab.in ਤੇ ਜਾ ਕੇ Downloads > Manuals of Instructions> Finance Department Manual ਆਦਿ ‘ਤੇ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਡਾਊਨਲੋਡ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।

Here we are posting Different Manuals of Departments of Punjab Government. Instructions issued after 1998 are not available in compiled form, so that can be downloaded by going to Downloads > Manuals of Instructions> Finance Department Manual.
